The complex of La Terrazas in Altea la Vella is located on a Sunny spot, 5 minutes from the little village with shops, restaurants and terraces.
From the underground parking you walk very easily with groceries to the apartment, only three small steps and a very short walk and you are there.
On tv you find many European free-to-air tv channels and of course unlimited WIFI. Behind the frontdoor you enter the sunny livingroom with the adjacent large terrace, summer and winter all day long sun!

The mainbedrooms has airconditioning and there is a double bed 1.60x2.00 and also access to the terrace. In the en-suite bathroom you have a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
